Good

It's very good, I use it as a pre-workout. It's the best oats shake in just 30 seconds and the price is reasonable.

I like the banana taste, feels quite natural.

Banana flavour is really nice and the caramel adds a good sweetness.

Great taste and quality, mixes well.

Great travel friendly breakfast option.

Perfect size for one serving and very easy to prepare.

Really liked the 45g packs. Easy to carry while travelling.

Very convenient single serve packs for office.

Perfect quick oats drink when you are on the go.

I have been using the Active Delights Shake n Oats Chocolate and it has become my go-to quick breakfast! It mixes really well in both milk and water with just a 30-second shake, and the chocolate flavour is rich and satisfying without being overly sweet. The fact that it has no added sugar is a huge win for someone who is health-conscious. The protein and fibre content keeps me full for hours and I do not feel sluggish after having it. Being gluten-free is another great feature for those with dietary restrictions. The 400g pack lasts a good while and feels value for money. Perfect for busy mornings when you want something nutritious and quick. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a healthy and tasty breakfast option!

Honestly, a pretty convenient option. Just mix, shake, and it’s ready in about 30 seconds.

Helps when you are running late and need something quick.

Your other flavour is good but chocolate not so testy

Good one very basic flavour

Very good taste. I have been taking it for last 4 days and so far I can feel the energy I am getting from this product. I usually drink it after the work out for muscle recovery.

The flavor is smooth and creamy. I used it for breakfast and it was easy to prepare.

Solid 3/5
Taste 3/5
Nutritional value 4/5
Mixability 2.5/5
Overall 3/5

Can mix it with protein also ,do remember to add double the amount of liquid 400-500 ml in that case

I am using it with 300 ml water ,as recommended 200ml has mixability issues.

Rest all is good.

Taste is a bit chalky so you gotta just gulp it down

Amazing taste with actual oats and mixes well with water too 😀
